My son is an ice hockey goalie and he has been using these for 4 years now. At first he was reluctant to wear them under his mask (didn't want to be made fun of). Now practices with them all the time.
It has helped him to track the puck into his glove or body instead of guessing where the pucks coming from.

After spending 2 years watching as my daughter with severe ADHD, struggled to concentrate for just a few seconds when she was up to bat, someone suggested we try these.
